Children: Children are welcome, facilities available include toddler's pool, and games room for children over eight years of age.
Disabled: The property has limited disabled access; there is lift access to floors, bathroom and toilet have restricted room, only suitable if partly mobile or mobile with assistance.
Miscellaneous:
During low season if booking is cancelled eight days or more before scheduled arrival no fee applies. If booking is cancelled less than seven days prior to scheduled arrival, two nights retail cost of accommodation payable nett to the resort. If there is a no show or early curtailment, up to 100 per cent of the full cost of the holiday is payable. During high season if booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to scheduled arrival no fees apply. If booking is cancelled within eight to 29 days prior to scheduled arrival, two nights' retail cost of accommodations is payable to the resort. If booking is cancelled less than seven days prior to scheduled arrival or there is a no show or early curtailment up to 100 per cent of the total holiday cost is payable to the resort.
One hour and 15 minutes north of Brisbane off the Bruce Highway. Take the Mooloolaba turnoff after the Ettamogah Pub.
Room rates do not include GST. Any additional items are subject to 10 per cent GST. Minimum night stays are enforced. You can book less than the minimum night stay but you will be charged the minimum night total. Extra person costs AUD35.00 per night. Cot hire is AUD44.00 per week. High chair hire is AUD35.00 per week. Block out dates apply from 22 to 30 November 2008.
