The local area has many great features such as patrolled beaches so you can swim safely at one of the many areas of Mooloolaba, Buddina or nearby Maroochydore; just five minutes to Underwater World, 25 minutes to the late Steve Irwin's Australia Zoo, 20 minutes to the Sunshine Coast's Racecourse at Corbould Park, one of Australia's prettiest racetracks; and picturesque Point Cartwright just a few minutes drive away.
For all your shopping needs they are a short walk to Kawana Shopping World and the Nicklin Way shopping strip, and a 10 minute drive to the Sunshine Plaza at Maroochydore.

Bluewater Point Resort is just 20 minutes by car south from Maroochydore Airport or one hour's drive north of Brisbane.

They can be easily found on Nicklin Way opposite McDonalds and next to the Kawana Waters Hotel.
