The property has good wheelchair access via a new entrance ramp and has lifts/elevators to most apartments. Limited disabled facilities in some rooms are available, please contact the operator upon booking to enquire.

Cancellation Information:
If cancelled over 30 days prior to booking - full refund. If cancelled between eight and 29 days before booking - one nights accommodation is charged. If cancelled seven or less days prior to booking or no show - full amount is payable.

How To Get There:
Transfers to and from Cairns International Airport can be arranged, just contact the property direct to book. For those who chose to drive themselves and have a GPS navigation device, the property is located at -16.744450/145.670950.
For those without GPS, upon leaving the airport road turn right on to Captain Cook Highway and continue north. Approximately 20 kilometres from the turn off you will pass Cairns Tropical Zoo on your left, and then you will see the Palm Cove sign. Take the next turn on the right after the zoo.
Travel to the beachfront and turn left onto Williams Esplanade. Villa Paradiso is well sign posted on the Esplanade and is located at 111 to 113 Williams Esplanade, with reception in French Street on the southern side of the building.
