There are many facilities for children of all ages. These include suitable satellite television channels, videos, games and toys. The large enclosed rear yard is suitable for children to play and there is a public park with swings and slippery dips a short walk away. The heated swimming pool is fully fenced and overlooked from the inside and outside entertaining / dining areas. Cot and high chair are provided free of charge.

Disabled:
There is one small step inside the main house. One shower / toilet is large enough for a wheelchair. There are no support rails.

Set on a very private and spacious property in a quiet, safe cul-de-sac encompassing extensive lawns and tropical gardens, Beachside is just a one minute walk to the sands of Four Mile Beach and less than five minutes drive (or local bus) from the village centre and boating marina. . Also close by (within 10 minutes walk) are two championship golf courses, various casual and fine dining restaurants, The Habitat Wildlife Sanctuary and two local shopping complexes (including a supermarket, chemist, medical centre, dentist, video hire, cafes, liquor stores and dine-in and take away food outlets).
With 1,100 square metres of private indoor and outdoor living areas, Beachside has ample space, peace and privacy. It's a very comfortable environment for larger families or groups of friends to enjoy beachside tropical living.
Beachside is fully furnished with quality furniture, fittings and fixtures throughout. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Ceiling fans and glass louvre windows with insect screens throughout allow for total comfort control, no matter what your preference.
The main living area is an open plan gourmet kitchen, dining and lounge / entertaining area.
The open lounge has a 108 centimetre (42 inch) plasma television, DVD player and a stereo sound system and AM/FM radio. Austar is installed as is wireless (and wired) broadband internet for your enjoyment and convenience (bring your own laptop, there is no computer on-site).
The indoor timber top dining suite seats eight in comfort overlooking the pool and tropical gardens.
The lounge opens onto a cool covered patio with gas and Weber barbecues, a separate dining / entertaining area (seating eight) and a fantastic setting amongst lawns and lush tropical and native gardens.
The gourmet kitchen includes hotplates with range-hood, electric and microwave ovens, a large two door refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, a second full size drinks fridge / freezer, a dishwasher and all appliances, cutlery, crockery and glassware.
There is even a blender to whip up a tropical cocktail, a juice extractor, a toasted sandwich maker and a coffee machine ready to serve a great brew 24 hours a day.

The main residence has three large bedrooms disposed as a king, a queen and a double king-single (two king singles or another king). One of the bedrooms can accommodate an extra single bed and / or port-a-cot.

The separate granny flat has two additional bedrooms and sleeps up to four to six. This can be set up as two double bunks, four king singles or two kings. There is also a double sofa bed.

Two bedrooms (one in the main residence and one in the granny flat) have digital televisions.

There are three bathrooms in total (one en-suite).

All bedrooms have air-conditioning, ceiling fans, wardrobes, side tables and reading lamps.

Quality bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided.
