Base Camp Fraser Island are affiliates with four wheel drive hire companies and other tour operators so it's always worth asking what direct discounts they can offer.
How To Get There
The island is accessible from Rainbow Beach's Inkip Point (drop off at Hook Point) or Hervey Bay's River Heads (drop off at Wanggoolba Creek). The barge runs between the hours of 7.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. (please check timetables for further details and always make a booking in advance from River Heads.
