Children:
Families travelling with children are welcome and well catered for. A range of books, and board games are on-site and an extensive range of books, children's movies, toys and outdoor equipment is also available free of charge from the main reception area located 150 metres from Studio 26. The yard is fully fenced with child safety locks allowing children to play safely outdoors on the lawn.

Disabled:
Studio 26 is wheelchair accessible with assistance (but is not an accredited disability facility) . Entry to unit is ground level as is the interior. Bathroom has grab rails in both the shower and toilet area. The shower has an adjustable hand shower but has a 75 millimetre entrance lip. A shower chair is also available.

Pets Allowed:
Yes. Pets are welcome (conditions apply). The yard is fully fenced and lockable with direct access to the beach. A large lockable pet cage is also provided undercover.

Cancellation Information:
Peak time holding deposit is AUD100.00 per unit. Deposit is transferable to another time if the booking is cancelled four weeks prior to the booked dates. Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable if the booking is cancelled within four weeks prior to the booked dates.
All weekend stays are two night minimum. All long weekend stays are three night minimum.

Studio 26 is just five minutes away from Mystic Sands Golf and Country Club where visitors can play golf, lawn bowls or a game of tennis. Facilities and attractions are conveniently located nearby including: Railway Museum, Boat Ramp, Stinger Enclosure (November to May), licensed eateries, post office and general store, hotel and fuel station.

How To Get There:
Travel along the Bruce Highway 50 kilometres north of Townsville (or) 55 kilometres south from Ingham. Turn off highway and stop at the Railway Crossing, then drive along Balgal Beach Road for three kilometres. Turn right into Acheron Drive, continue one kilometre and turn left at the T intersection into Ocean Parade. Turn right into Justin Street then right into Madelaine Drive. Please Note that the reception for this property is at 284 Ocean Parade.

Tariff Information:
A two night minimum stay applies to all weekends and a three night minimum stay applies to all long weekends. Book and pay for six nights during off peak periods and receive the seventh night free.

Studio 26 is spacious, sleeps six with two queen beds and two single beds Kitchen is well-equipped with convection microwave, fridge/freezer, electric frypan, plasticware and much more. The kitchen opens to a large rear patio with an outdoor setting and barbecue. Linen is provided as are many little extras giving a home-away-from-home feeling. Tropical gardens surround the unit giving privacy in a tropical secluded atmosphere.
