Choose from Australian Saltwater Villas - pet friendly range of Villas or Houses. They offer three two storey canal Townhouses with a private courtyard backing onto the canal and heated pool area, or a very private three bedroom house all on ground level with pool and pontoon. Ask about Wedding Parties, you can book all the Villas and have a private function.
If relaxation is what you need they also have a Day Spa. Tinny and kayak hire are available. They are situated only a short walk to Mooloolaba Esplanade, Surf Club, Bowling Clubs, restaurants and famous beach. Australian Saltwater Villas are located just 10 minutes drive from Maroochydore Airport.
Moor your own boat at your door for great ocean access, dive, ski, fish or just see the sights. Enjoy great shopping, cosmopolitan style bistros and award winning Mooloolaba restaurants. The property is only a 10 minute drive from Maroochy Airport and a five minute walk to the Beach and Esplanade.
Reduced rates are available for stays longer than a month.
