A casual 100 metres away is the main beach, and it is less than a three minute walk for you to visit Airlie's famous year round swimming lagoon.

Cancellation Information:
Failure to arrive without notice will incur no refund.
A 20 per cent cancellation fee applies to on line bookings, plus: Cancellations made after 6:00 p.m. the day before arrival will incur a 50 per cent fee. Cancellations made before 6:00 p.m. the day before arrival will not incur any fees. Christmas, New Year and Easter periods are non refundable.

Other Facilities:
Airlie Court Holiday Units completed a major refurbishment in 2006 of their six spacious studio units (three upstairs and three downstairs).
A licensed travel agency is located at reception for all the local cruises to the Whitsunday Islands and Great Barrier Reef, mainland tours and other activities such as bike hire, bush walking, camping, car hire, crocodile tours, fishing, golf, gymnasium, health spa (on premises), horse riding, kayaking, overnight island resort stays, parasailing, sailing, shopping, scenic flights, scuba diving, sightseeing, skydiving, snorkelling, swimming, tennis and windsurfing.

Further Details:
As a condition of staying guests are asked to ensure all dishes and crockery are washed, dried and put away correctly with the provided equipment for doing such. A AUD50.00 surcharge may be otherwise applied to guests who do not cooperate or who do not leave the unit in the condition in which they found it.

How To Get There:
Airlie Court Holiday Units is located in the central tourist area, on the inland side of the main street of Airlie Beach, opposite the Esplanade intersection.
For arrivals by car or by bus or taxi from the airport or railway station:
As you drive into the main street, on your right hand side you will see McDonalds, Cotton On and City Beach Surf Wear. You can use the City Beach driveway and then follow the signs to reception with a tight left turn out the back. The Global Positioning System coordinates are 20.269 south 148.179 east.

If you arrive after hours they have a blackboard at the back of Reception where they will write your surname and unit number so that you can be guided to your unit and where you'll find your key.

Tariff Information:
Full payment is required by credit card if using the online reservation system.
50 per cent payment is required by credit card, cheque in mail, cash in person or direct deposit if using phone, fax or web page internet bookings. Balance payable on arrival.
Christmas and New Year periods and selected weekends are payable in full and are non-refundable.

Self Contained Studio

Each Studio Unit features a Queen and single bed (or queen and two singles limited on request), split system air conditioning, satellite Austar channels, 42 inch LCD television, iPod dock, clock radio, Dvd, wireless broadband (optional extra), microwave, table top stove, fridge, hairdryer, ceiling fans, lounge chairs, jug, toaster, iron and ironing board.

Facilities include ensuite shower and toilet, kitchenette, dining table, towels and linen, cutlery and crockery, cooking utensils, soap, tea and coffee and milk.

The non-smoking establishment facilities include guest laundry, off street covered carport, balcony chairs, barbecue area, licensed travel agency, low security fencing, Australian restaurant and a health spa on premises.
