It is a large modern air conditioned house, with a fully fitted kitchen, lounge, dining room, snooker room, up to six bedrooms and a triple garage. It is set on one and a half acres (6,000 square metres) of land. Shops, schools, transport and many recreational activities are to be found locally. You can also visit Stradbroke Island on the local ferry.

How To Get There:
