The self-contained cabins are located on a 10 acre property located within the Stanthorpe Township, making it the perfect place for special occasions, short breaks or extended stays. This private hideaway offers you secluded deluxe bed and breakfast accommodation only two kilometres from the centre of town.

Superbly appointed open plan or one bedroom villas, set apart for privacy and in their own unique settings, are ideal for couples on a romantic getaway or a relaxing break.

The villas boast 52 square metres of contemporary design, featuring state of the art appointments, first class furnishings and a kitchen with a full range of appliances. Flat screen television, stereo and DVD with complimentary movie library and board games provide an extensive selection for indoor entertainment. Each villa has a large verandah, hooded barbecue and outdoor seating.

Deluxe accommodation close to restaurants and shops and provides easy access to the many attractions of the Granite Belt. Minutes from wineries, bush walks, special attractions such as an olive farm, berry and fruit farms, lavender farms, markets and more.

Cancellation Information:
All bookings are accepted in good faith and bookings will be held after guests supply credit card details or complete a deposit (minimum one night tariff). Should guests fail to provide a deposit with seven days of the booking, the booking may be released. Full refund of deposit will be given for 30 days or more notice of cancellation. No refund of deposit if cancellation is within 30 days of stay, unless Villa is re-let.

Villa's are designed with the guest's comfort in mind, with stylish and modern furniture, wood fireplaces, air conditioners, water-wise bathrooms, self contained kitchens and breakfast baskets included. Barbecues are provided on your own private veranda. Relax after a days sightseeing, with a glass of wine, while you watch the sunset over the valley from your villa's veranda, or from the top of one of the highest granite features in the area.
At 1000 metres elevation, Stanthorpe is consistently cooler and less humid than the coast. This is an ideal setting to do as much or as little as you like while enjoying the Stanthorpe Experience - healthy clean mountain air and cool summer days and nights.

How To Get There:
Driving north from Sydney: Head north along the New England Highway, travelling past Tamworth, Glenn Innes and Tenterfield. Stay on the New England Highway until you see the Stanthorpe town junction (approximately, 40 minutes north of Tenterfield). Approximately 100 metres before the town junction, turn right into Whiskey Gully Road. Swing under the rail bridge and turn left into Brunckhorst Avenue. 31 the Rocks is just past Moss Court, proceed up the driveway to the reception area at the top of the hill.

Driving south-west from Brisbane: Head west towards Ipswich, taking the Cunningham Highway turnoff just before Ipswich. Stay on the Cunningham Highway to Warwick, and then follow the signs to Stanthorpe/Sydney. Just before Stanthorpe take the bypass, staying on the New England Highway, until you reach the junction of the Stanthorpe town road. Only 100 meters past the junction turn left into Whiskey Gully Road. Swing under the rail bridge and turn left again into Brunckhorst Avenue. 31 the rocks is just past Moss Court. Proceed up the driveway to the reception area at the top of the hill.

The one bedroom villa faces east into a private bush gulley. One studio has ramp access and complies with the Australian Standard for disability access and facilities.

Each villa has a barbecue and glorious panoramic views of the Broadwater valley and spectacular granite landscape.

Each studio features a log fire and a queen-sized bed. Guests will also find the unexpected touches like the High Definition LCD Television, DVD sound system with input for an IPod/mp3 player, reverse cycle air-conditioning and kitchen.

The one bedroom villa is identical to the studio floor plan but has a separate sleeping area.
