Description

Scarborough Beach Resort is an eight storey apartment complex proudly situated on the Redcliffe Peninsula in the heart of Scarborough. The only resort right on the beach offers professional on-site management, a range of room types, some with wonderful views of Moreton Bay and surrounds.

Scarborough restaurants and cafes provide a fine selection of dining experiences - all within a few metres of the resort. Both Brisbane Airport and the Sunshine Coast are just 40 minutes away.

Facilities include a resort pool, spa, fitness room, sauna, barbecue areas and secure underground parking. There is also a large roof deck with 360 degree panoramic views of the Glass House Mountains, Moreton Bay and surrounds.

The resort offer one, two and three bedroom air-conditioned apartments with fully equipped self catering kitchens, laundry facilities, Foxtel, high speed broadband and a balcony. Most apartments are equipped with DVD and CD players. There are also Studio rooms which are smaller motel style rooms with tea/coffee making facilities. Some Studio rooms have balconies and a kitchenette.

Cancellation Information:
Scarborough Beach Resort adopts the following practice when dealing with cancellation of a holiday booking. Peak Season: - If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of AUD50.00. - If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of AUD50.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.
Low and Shoulder Season: - If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of AUD50.00. - If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration of AUD50.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.
Short notice bookings: - Where a booking is made less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of AUD50.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.
The administration fee covers the cost of processing the booking, receipting and banking the money, cancelling the booking from the system, drawing the refund cheque, mailing the refund cheque with a covering letter and meeting bank charges.

How To Get There:
Scarborough Beach Resort is located opposite the beach at 89 Landsborough Avenue, Scarborough, Queensland 4020 right in the middle of the Scarborough shops.
Their main reception entrance is set in from the footpath. Please note for check-in, reception closes each day at 5.30 pm (4pm close on Sunday and public holidays). If you will be arriving after this time, you will need to contact them 24 hours prior to arrival, using the phone number on your booking confirmation email, for late check-in key pickup instructions.
36 kilometres from Brisbane airport. 15 kilometres from Sandgate railway station.

From Brisbane or Gold Coast: Take the Gateway Bridge Tollway along the Northern motorway to Redcliffe turnoff. Travel along the Houghton Highway, right onto Hornibrook Esplanade. Hornibrook Esplanade veers left on to Oxley Avenue. After approximately six kilometres Oxley Avenue becomes Landsborough Avenue. Scarborough Beach Resort is 89 Landsborough Avenue, on the beachfront.
From Sunshine Coast: Travel along the Pacific Highway and take the Deception Bay off ramp and follow the signs to Redcliffe. Follow Anzac Avenue and turn left on to Oxley Avenue. Oxley Avenue becomes Landsborough Avenue. Scarborough Beach Resort is at 89 Landsborough Avenue, on the beachfront.
From Sandgate train station: Take Bus Route 690 to Landsborough Avenue. Scarborough Beach Resort is 89 Landsborough Avenue, on the beachfront.
