The Sailport complex offers spacious one, two and three bedroom, well appointed, self-catering apartments with air-conditioned bedrooms, ideally situated, central to all of the attractions of the very compact and lively Mooloolaba Beach area. It's right opposite the famous Underwater World and The Wharf complexes and overlooks their marina.

After a hectic day at the beach or sightseeing, Sailport offers serene river views from its front balconies, or in the winter, soak up the sun on the master bedroom balcony. The heated pool and spa area provides a great venue to barbecue by the pool. The building is on four levels and is just a short stroll to the patrolled beach and the delightful Esplanade with its myriad of boutiques and restaurants.

You can leave your car in your own lock-up garage and walk everywhere locally or range a little further afield in your vehicle to take in the sights of Maroochy and Noosa districts or even the Crocodile Hunter's Australia Zoo. Local buses stop at the door and connect with the major shopping centres at Maroochydore and Kawana. The tour desk can provide advice to help make the most of your stay.

Cancellation Information:
In Low Season, bookings cancelled 14 days or more prior to occupancy will attract a 12 per cent plus GST administration fee (minimum AUD50.00). For bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to occupancy and where the apartment cannot be relet for the same period, there will be no refund. For Peak/Shoulder Seasons, 28 days notice is required.

How To Get There:
Travel north on the main highway from Brisbane. Follow the signs to the Sunshine Coast. Exit the highway to Sunshine Motorway on passing Ettamogah Pub, following signs to Mooloolaba and Underwater World.

AUD200.00 deposit required to confirm reservation.
One bedroom units are only available outside of school holidays.
Winter specials from May to July; please contact the operator for pricing.
Minimum stay of seven nights applies in the peak season.
