Disabled:
The hotel's access is disabled friendly. No staircases or steps will come in the way of wheelchair anywhere in the hotel (ramp access available to the Convention Centre). Three disabled rooms are available and specifically designed for example wide doorways, additional bed for medical aid, shower and toilets with easy access and rails, visual fire alarm.

Cancellation Information:

CBD Cafe Bar is located on the Ground Level of the Hotel, offers casual dining with an extensive range of both local and imported beers, cocktails and coffee. CBD has an open kitchen offering Wood Fired Pizzas, Plasma Screens for sports fans and alfresco dining areas. Open seven days a week, Monday to Friday from 7.00 a.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 10.00 a.m. until late.

Road access is via Grey Street or Glenelg Street. Closest train station is South Brisbane. Local City Cat (ferry) stop is South Bank. No courtesy transfers available. Transfers can be arranged through the hotel concierge.
