General Comments
No pets allowed due to the abundant wildlife on site and the proximity to National Park.
How To Get There
Travel on the Steve Irwin Way (which branches off the Bruce Highway 54 kilometres north of Brisbane) to Landsborough turn-off (22 kilometres). From here travel to Montville. Go through the main township of Montville and three kilometres further, Kondalilla National Park is signposted on the left. Follow the road (Kondalilla Falls Road) all the way until the very end and look up to your right for the entrance.
Alternatively, proceed 15 kilometres west from Nambour to Mapleton, turn left and continue for nine kilometres towards Montville, Kondalilla National Park is signposted on the right hand side. Tariff Text
Should a guest wish to leave early as they are unhappy with their accommodation, the following conditions apply with respect to all refunds: where available, alternative accommodation that is similar should be offered and assistance provided by Management in re-locating guests. If all reasonable attempts to relocate guest have failed, a high value accommodation will be offered. If the guest has stayed more than two hours, this is classed as one night stay and therefore any refund will be less the value of the one night. If there is no alternative accommodation offer, a full refund will be given. All refunds and change of bookings are subject to an AUD30.00 administration fee. Approved refunds will either be issued by way of credit card or cheque dependant on the way the guest has paid on check-in. Refunds will be issued within seven days of departure.
Bush Cottage
Bush Cottages are duplex style and include a spa, television, stereo, DVD player, wood heater, fans and kitchen facilities. One and two bedroom cottages are available. Please contact Tree Houses if requiring accommodation for more than two people as they do have a Deluxe Cottage with three queen size beds.
