Low Season: One night cancellation fee if cancelled seven days or less prior to travel, 100 per cent cancellation fee in the case of a no show. High/Peak Season: 50 per cent cancellation fee if cancelled within seven days or less prior to travel or in the case of a no show. No refund on mid stay checkouts or no shows.

How To Get There:
Travelling to Rainbow Beach: three hours north of Brisbane - 1.5 hours north of Noosa - 45 minutes east of Gympie. Be careful using your Global Positioning System. The route selected will take you on a dirt road via the Cooloola Way. Owners advise using the Bruce Highway to Gympie and then follow the signs to Tin Can Bay then to Rainbow Beach.
Rainbow Beach is fast becoming the new resort town on South East Queensland Coast. It is approximately three hours from Brisbane Airport, 1.5 hours by road from Noosa. Fraser Coast Domestic Airport (Hervey Bay) is 1.5 hours away.
From Brisbane, take the Bruce Highway heading north and look for a right hand turn (about 1.5 kilometres past the AFL football grounds on the left, opposite the United Service station) as you reach Gympie. Follow the signs to Tin Can Bay/Rainbow Beach and then on to Rainbow Beach.
They are located in the main street of Rainbow Beach right next to the Rainbow Beach Hotel.

Tariff Information:
Children aged zero to two years are free of charged when sharing with adults using existing bedding. If a cot is required (payable direct) a AUD40.00 fee per stay will be charged. Children aged three to 14 years are charged as adults.
Bedding (Extra Fee Applies): The beds in the second and third bedrooms of the apartments are made up as two single beds. If guests require these to be made up as King bedding please advise at time of booking and a one off fee of AUD22.00 per room applies to have beds converted to King size.
Payment is required in advance unless credit terms have been arranged prior.
