The calm waters of gorgeous Broadwater provide a calm water area to escape the surf and is just 10 metres away. There are three parks within walking distance of the property. The first is just 20 metres away! These all have a variety of swings, gyms, and climbing things. You can soak in the sun and watch the surf while the kids burn off some energy (and build up some zzzz's!)

Cancellation Information:
Low Season: Cancellation fee of AUD60.00 applies. If cancelled 14 days or less prior to travel or in the case of a no show - deposit is non-refundable.
Shoulder and Peak Season: Cancellation of AUD60.00 applies. If cancelled 30 days or less prior to travel or in the case of a no show - deposit is non-refundable.
Short Notice Bookings: For bookings made less than 10 days prior to travel, they allow 48 hours to receive a deposit payment. If they do not receive payment within 48 hours, they will cancel this booking.

Other Facilities:
The property has two restaurants to choose from plus a hotel with live entertainment and poker machines.

Further Details:
Rollaway beds are provided for extra guests of more than four in a two bedroom.

Hairdryers and DVD players are available from Reception for use in units. Gym, sauna, steam room. spa and swimming pool available at the resort.

Tariff Information:
Low Season: A deposit of AUD300.00 is required within 10 days of making a reservation. High Season: A deposit of AUD300.00 is required within 10 days of making a reservation. Christmas Peak Bookings: Full payment is required by 1 December.
Extra Persons: AUD28.00 per person per night (Bedding is rollaway bed).
Children: Aged zero to two years are Free of Charge (no bedding supplied). A child using existing bedding is classed as an extra person and charged AUD28.00 per night.
Cot or Highchair: Hire is AUD44.00 per week.
Upon arrival: Credit card imprint or AUD200.00 cash bond is required.
