If a booking is cancelled, no refund of the deposit shall be made unless the apartment is re-let for the same period as originally booked. A cancellation will attract a AUD50.00 administration fee. There will be no refund for early departure.

General Comments

Premier location in the heart of Maroochydore with absolute river frontage and all apartments have stunning, uninterrupted river and ocean views. Luxury four and a half star, two and three bedroom holiday apartments all with spa bath and large riverfront balcony. Stylishly furnished, gourmet kitchen and large, double vanity main bathroom. Executive Penthouse, two levels, extreme luxury, minimum three night stay. Riverfront heated pool, spa, children's pool, gym and steamroom. Secure underground parking. Stroll to surf beach, restaurants, cinemas, Clubs and much more. The Duporth has onsite managers.

How To Get There

From Brisbane drive north on the Bruce Highway and take the Nambour turnoff. Take the roundabout to Maroochydore passing over the Highway. Now in Maroochydore Road. Drive straight- through two roundabouts. At Beach Road, with Sunshine Plaza on right, drive straight ahead into Ocean Street (one way) and straight through to Duporth Avenue. Turn left at Duporth Tavern and first right into Wharf Street and first entrance on right.

A 15 minute drive by taxi from Maroochydore Airport. One hour drive from Brisbane International Airport.

Other Information

Disabled: Whilst not accredited for disabilities or wheel chairs, we have several guests with varying degrees of disability who visit our complex regularly. We have had many positive comments regarding the wide corridors, spacious balconies and apartment living areas. Our apartment showers have a small lip into the shower, however are completely separate to the bath. In addition to this, we also have apartments that have grab rails in the toilet and shower areas. We do have a shower and toilet facilities for wheel chair and disabled persons use, in our pool & gymnasium area also. Lifts service our apartments and our ground level does not have stairs. Might I suggest if you live close enough to visit, we would be happy for you to inspect our facilities, or alternatively a friend or family member who is familiar with your needs is welcome to inspect our facilities.
