Disabled access is available and there are two dedicated rooms with a fully accessible bathroom. Access to the Restaurant and Cafe Bar is also available.

Cancellation Information:
24 hours notice is required by individual booking prior to arrival or cancellation fee equal to first night's room rate is charged. Tour booking cancellations require one calendar month notice prior to arrival or a cancellation fee equal to the deposit of 20 per cent of the total accommodation charge applies.

Other Facilities:
The hotel features an a la carte balcony restaurant. Open seasonally for breakfast and dinner, providing quality dining. Food is available all day from the cafe bar.

How To Get There:
Inland road via Mareeba is accessible all year by all vehicles. The coastal road via Mossman and Cape Tribulation is accessible by four wheel drive only. Access is restricted during the wet season (January to March). Reception is located in Green Street off Charlotte Street.
