If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of AUD50.00. If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises is re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of AUD 50.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.

Entity Facilities
They have a 25 metre heated lap pool, large plunge pool and spa, European steam room, large barbecue entertaining on podium level with air conditioned gym. There is two car security undercover parking, and a restaurant on site, plus bus stop at the front door.
General Comments
Relax and play golf, swim or surf, dive the HMAS Brisbane, visit the Eumundi Markets, drive the Hinterland Blackall Range Tourist Drive, dine in the many first class restaurants, walk on the beach, visit Fraser Island, go whale watching, try fishing, skydiving or jet skiing or visit fine art galleries are just a few activities to name. Courtesy bus pick up from front door are available for Returned Soldiers League and Surf Clubs.
How To Get There
Maroochydore is a one hour drive north of Brisbane Airport or a 10 minute drive from Maroochydore Airport . When you arrive in Maroochydore, turn into Sixth Ave from Aerodrome Road. We are on the left hand side on the corner of Sixth Avenue and Melrose Parade. The car park entrance is in Melrose Parade. Virgin Blue and Jetstar Airlines fly direct to Maroochydore Airport. Airport shuttle buses operate regularly from Brisbane and Maroochydore. To arrange transfers contact reception at Silver Sea Resort.
Tariff Text
A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed. A deposit of AUD200.00 will confirm a one week booking during the mid and low seasons. A deposit of AUD500.00 will confirm a one week booking in the high season. The balance of the tariff is due on arrival (or such other time as stated).
Two Bedroom Apartment
Two bedroom apartments are large spacious apartments measuring 129 square metres with 21 square metre balconies. The main bedroom has ensuite with spa bath and separate shower, toilet and double basin. The second bedroom has separate ensuite shower. All bedrooms and lounge living have direct balcony access for ocean views. These apartments have a media room with second television and sofa bed. Tariffs quoted show rates for four adults but this can be any combination of adults and children.

This spectacular penthouse in Maroochydore has three luxurious ensuited bedrooms. Located on level nine. The internal stairs take you to level 10 and the fantastic views over the Pacific Ocean and across to Mooloolaba from your exclusive rooftop patio. On entering the Penthouse you will be captivated by the pure luxury and indulgence this apartment has to offer.
The apartment sleeps six and has the capacity to accommodate eight people. There is a king bed in the master and four single beds in the second and third bedrooms that can be queen zipped.
