Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms and charges - Peak Seasons
Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival, loss of AUD200.00 deposit paid per room, or the total booking value if that is less than AUD200.00. Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival are subject to a 100 per cent cancellation fee. All amendments made within 30 days, will be treated as a cancellation incurring a 100 per cent cancellation fee.

Refund Policy
No shows and cancellations after check in - will be subject to a 100 per cent cancellation fee. If after arrival clients are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation and decide to terminate their stay, the amount to be refunded, if any is at the discretion of the property management.

For all properties, once full payment has been made, there will be no refund. Any residual balance paid (after the applicable fees are deducted) may be held in credit towards future bookings with Mantra Group. This credit can only be held for a maximum period of twelve months from the day the booking is cancelled.

Soak up the sun and relax by the 75 metre award winning pool and spa or enjoy the sand between your toes on Marcoola Beach. Within easy reach are a wealth of nearby attractions and activities including Australia Zoo, Underwater World, Eumundi market, Sunshine Plaza, fabulous golf courses, nearby patrolled beach, bowls clubs, playground, skate park, picnic areas, fishing and surfing.

A short drive away is Noosa, Mooloolaba, Cotton Tree and the hinterland hamlets of Montville and Maleny.

They offer a free booking service for all tours and attractions.

How To Get There

Sand Dunes Resort is an easy one hour drive north of Brisbane Airport via the motorway. The Sunshine Coast Airport is a five minute drive for those flying there direct.

Within easy reach are a wealth of nearby attractions and activities including Australia Zoo, Underwater World, Eumundi market, Sunshine Plaza, fabulous golf courses, nearby patrolled beach, bowls clubs, playground, skate park, picnic areas, fishing and surfing. A short drive away is Noosa, Mooloolaba, Cotton Tree and the hinterland hamlets of Montville and Maleny.

If you do not have a car regular bus transport passes the resort.

Sand Dunes Resort, Marcoola is the quieter oasis to base yourself.

Open Times

The resort features night service to accommodate early/late arrivals. All arrival/departure times to be arranged with reception direct. Valid Credit Card details required upon arrival.

Tariff Text

Room rates do not include GST. Any additional items subject to 10 per cent GST.

AUD40.00 per extra adult or child per night. Cot hire AUD10.00 per night and high chair hire AUD5.00 per night.

Reservations are subject to availability and actual pricing at the time of booking. Verbal quotes are valid for 24 hours only. Any verbal quote given is an estimate only of price, which will be subject to a written advice on confirmation of the reservation.

A two per cent surcharge will apply to all credit card and debit card transactions. A non-refundable deposit of AUD200.00 per room must be received immediately by credit card to confirm the booking. If your total reservation amount is less than AUD200.00, full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment will indicate acceptance of these booking conditions.
