Children:
Children are welcome and there are cots and highchairs available on request. There is a children's menu in the CHB Restaurant. There is a baby sitting service available on request and a child's pool. Infants zero to three years inclusive, children four to 12 years inclusive and children 13 years and above are classed as adults.

Disabled:
There is access for guests with a disability. There are two hotel rooms, one is a hotel room with a queen size bed and the other is a hotel room with two double beds. There are no baths in these rooms but there is a wheel in shower recess which has hand rails and there are hand rails around the toilet. There is a pool which can be accessed by wheelchair bound guests. Both of the restaurants can be accessed by disabled or wheelchair bound guests as can the lobby/reception area.

Cancellation Information:
Group bookings: Rooms cancelled or reduced within 21 days by more than 10 per cent of the room block held, will be subject to a cancellation fee of equal to one night's room revenue. Any group booking rooms cancelled within seven days will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night's room revenue.
Fully Independent Travellers: Within 48 hours prior to arrival, rooms cancelled are subject to a cancellation fee of the first night's revenue. Cancellations of any group meal arrangements must be received in writing no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrangement to avoid cancellation charges.
Cancellations of any banquet arrangements must be received 14 days in advance in writing to avoid cancellation fees.

Further Details:
A group is classed as minimum ten paying rooms or more. One and two bedroom tower apartments have ocean views.

Hotel Pick-up:
Resort offers courtesy airport/ hotel transfers and city centre shuttle bus for fully independent travellers only. Airport/hotel transfers must be pre-booked.

How To Get There:
From the south: Follow the signs to Cairns City. Once on the Esplanade, head north and the resort is on the corner of Kerwin Street and The Esplanade. From the north (Airport): Continue on the Captain Cook Highway to Sheridan Street (left turn from airport), turn right at Upward Street and make way to The Esplanade, turn left at second roundabout and the Resort entrance is 50 metres away on the left.

Pet Information:
Pets are not allowed however guide dogs are an exception.
