Cancellation Information:
Low Season: A fee of one night's accommodation (at the agreed contract rate) will be imposed for cancellations within 72 hours of arrival date or no shows.
Peak Season: 100 per cent cancellation fee for no show or cancellation seven days prior to check in.

Restrictions:
Unruly behaviour will not be allowed. Damages to property will be recovered.

Directions from Coolangatta Airport to Royal Woods Resort - Driving out of the airport, turn left into Gold Coast Highway (North) in direction to Surfers Paradise. Follow Gold Coast Highway until you find a Y division (left to Pacific Highway - Brisbane; straight-right to Gold Coast Highway - Surfers Paradise) Take left into Pacific Highway - Brisbane. Follow the highway and leave on Exit 69 - Nerang Southport Road, direction to Southport. Follow the road and turn right into Ashmore Road. When you get to a large roundabout in the crossing of Ashmore Road and Currumburra Road, follow straight through staying on Ashmore Road, turn the second left after the roundabout into Boree Street. Directions from Brisbane airport if driving - Driving out of the airport, turn left at the roundabout sign - Gold Coast. Follow the signs marked Gold Coast onto the Pacific Highway. After approximately one hour driving time, you will pass Dreamworld and Movieworld. Turn off at Smith Street Exit marked Surfers Paradise. Take Olsen Avenue Exit turning right at the set of lights. Follow the road past Ashmore City Shopping Centre. The road you are on is Currumburra Road. Within five minutes you will see (on your left) Mulyan Place. Drive to the end of Mulyan Place into Royal Woods Resort . . . your holiday getaway.

The Three Bedroom Villas are the best choice for larger families or groups of friends. They feature two queen rooms, one or two with ensuite spa bath, a third bedroom with two single beds and third bathroom, two living rooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and extra kitchenette. These suites comfortably accommodate six people but have room for another two people on a sofa beds if requested (additional charges apply).

Three Bedroom Villas also contain their own double remote garage, private garden, and laundry facilities for complimentary use.
