Cancellation Information:
Deposit monies are refundable less AUD50.00 administration fee on cancellations received in writing at least 14 days prior to arrival date in low and shoulder season and 28 days in peak season. A fee equivalent to one nights tariff at published rates is charged on any cancellation received less than this time. No refunds on early departures.
'No Show' policy: where a deposit is held and the guest fails to arrive, and no notification is received within 24 hours of arrival, the deposit is retained. Where a deposit is by way of credit card telephone confirmation, the holding deposit will be debited against the credit card account.

Further Details:
Check in times are from 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday, from 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. on Saturday, and from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. Sundays. Please ring the resort if you are arriving outside these hours.

How To Get There:
Travelling on the M1 from north or south, take Exit No 92 , travel down Palm Beach Avenue to the Gold Coast Highway, turn right at the intersection, they are the tallest highrise on your left, corner of Laceys Lane and Gold Coast Highway.

Tariff Information:
Cash, bankcard, visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS and cheques only by arrangement. Unfortunately, they do not accept Diners or American Express.
