Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to arrival incur a cancellation fee of AUD100. Cancellations made between 14 days to 48 hours prior to arrival incur a fee of 50 per cent of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival incur a full fee of 100 per cent of the total accommodation costs.

How To Get There:
Peppers Beach Club and Spa is located at the northern beaches of Cairns accessible from Cairns International Airport via the Captain Cook Highway. Follow the signs to Mossman and turn right into Cedar Road, Palm Cove. They are located at the northern end of Williams Esplanade. Driving time is approximately 25 minutes.
Airport transfers can be arranged at an additional charge by calling the resort direct at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.

Lagoon Spa Rooms feature a king size bed and tea and coffee making facilities only. You will enjoy an ensuite bathroom with shower as well as a spa bath on the balcony. The Lagoon Spa Rooms are located near our formal, rainforest or beach style pool.
