Cancellation Information:
Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will not incur a penalty. Any cancellation made within 30 to 15 days of arrival will incur the equivalent of the first nights' accommodation plus any scenic transfers booked. Any cancellations 14 to day of arrival, or on the arrival date, will incur charges equivalent to the full amount of accommodation and any scenic transfers booked. No refund is available for any cancellation or non-utilisation of any services after the holiday/vacation has commenced.

Best suited to the island's tropical environment, the two dining areas, one alfresco-style and the other a restaurant, offer a light, contemporary and daily-changing menu that showcases the riches of the region. The island's signature experience Dining with the Tides allows guests to enjoy an intimate dinner for two on the pier under a starlit canopy.

How To Get There:
Nautilus Aviation operates scheduled daily flights between Townsville Airport and Orpheus. From Townsville Airport, enjoy a 25 minute scenic flight over the spectacular Great Barrier Reef to Orpheus Island.
The cost of this transfer is not included in the room rate and must be organised with the Reservations Department prior to arrival.
The Nautilus Aviation check in desk is located in Gate Lounge 10, Townsville Airport Domestic Terminal, check in 30 minutes prior to your departure time. Passengers are restricted to one suitcase and one small carry-on item, to a maximum of 15 kilograms in total. Should you have any excess luggage, secure luggage storage facilities are provided at the Townsville Airport free-of-charge.

Rates are inclusive of all gourmet meals, selected regional wines, beers and soft drinks, Dining with the Tides experience one evening, gourmet picnics, one nature-based activity each day e.g snorkelling, fishing, sunset cruise or local island tour, unlimited use of motorised dinghies, catamarans, kayaks, snorkelling equipment and light fishing tackle.
Flights to Orpheus Island are not included in the nightly tariff.

The Beachfront Rooms comprise of a King Bed or Twin Beds, iPod Dock, 32 inch LCD television, Daintree Essentials products, Tea Drops black and herbal teas, and a mini bar with complimentary house wines, beers and soft drinks and private terraces that boast Coral Sea views and languid sea breezes.
