Melaleuca Resort is a complex of 23 fully self contained apartments situated right in the heart of Palm Cove. They are a stone's throw from the water and are surrounded by quality restaurants and cafes.
All units have private balconies with furniture, most of which overlook the pool and gardens to the Coral Sea. The salt water lagoon style pool is set amongst lush, award winning tropical gardens and has three in-pool spas. There is also a barbecue and outdoor dining area for you to use.

They greet every guest and practice 'old style hospitality' (finalists several times for Cairns Tourism Awards). Resident in the area for 20 years they have extensive experience with Rainforest and Reef tours and advice on the many local attractions.

Melaleuca Resort has 23 Spacious One bedroom, self contained apartments - all apartments are air-conditioned with separate units for bedroom and lounge and have ceiling fans, television and cable and a fully equipped kitchen; private balconies, most have ocean and island views; lush tropical gardens surrounding lagoon style pool and barbecue; central, beachfront location - all restaurants, cafes (20) and shops are only a short stroll; reception and tour desk with extensive local knowledge; undercover parking for all apartments at no charge; resort fridge' at reception - beer, wine, mixed spirits and soft drinks; and magnificent ocean sunrises and just 45 paces to wet feet at high tide from resort entrance.

How To Get There
Drive 25 minutes north of Cairns on Captain Cook Highway. Turn right at Palm Cove exits Vievers Road or Cedar Road - both roads lead directly to the Esplanade. Follow Esplanade to Resort.

Their Palm Cove beachfront accommodation consists of 24 self contained one bedroom apartments set amidst lush award winning tropical gardens. Most of their apartments face the ocean, most with views across their gardens and through the trees to the Coral Sea beyond.
Melaleuca Resort has recently undergone a major refurbishment and now boasts large modern units with a relaxed tropical feel from which you can sit on your private balcony and watch the waves lap at the shore as the day draws to a close.
