Located just 250 metres from the beach, Mantra Sierra Grand offers modern and stylish One, Two and Three Bedroom Apartments all within walking distance of sidewalk cafes, superb restaurants, boutiques and specialty shops as well as Jupiter's Casino, Gold Coast Convention Centre and Pacific Fair.
The resort offers one, two and three bedroom self-contained apartments all featuring contemporary furnishings, air conditioning, wireless internet access, full kitchen and laundry facilities. All boast wide balconies.
Start the day with a sauna or spa. Swim some laps. Enjoy an al fresco breakfast. Relax in the in-house theatre. Arrange a few sets of tennis. Plan a poolside barbecue with your neighbours. Visit the patrolled surf beach waiting just a few minutes walk from your door or stroll to the sidewalk cafes and boutique shops of nearby Broadbeach. Later, dine out at one of the fine local restaurants, and try your luck at the Casino.
The property offers a variety of facilities and services available to all guests including heated pools and spas, sauna, steam room, tennis court, fully equipped gym and in-house theatre. Also on-site you will find Saffron Indian Restaurant and Jakamama Lounge Bar - the perfect place for a pre-dinner drink.

Cancellation Information:
Peak Seasons: Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival, loss of AUD200.00 deposit paid per room, or the total booking value if that is less than AUD200.00. Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival are subject to a 100 per cent cancellation fee. All amendments made within 30 days, will be treated as a cancellation incurring a 100 per cent cancellation fee.
Refund Policy No shows and cancellations after check in - will be subject to a 100 per cent cancellation fee. If after arrival clients are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation and decide to terminate their stay, the amount to be refunded, if any is at the discretion of the property management.
For all properties, once full payment has been made, there will be no refund. Any residual balance paid (after the applicable fees are deducted) may be held in credit towards future bookings with Mantra Group. This credit can only be held for a maximum period of twelve months from the day the booking is cancelled.
Further Details:
Maintenance Notice: Mantra Sierra Grand's indoor pool area is undergoing maintenance from Sunday 20 March to Monday 28 March 2011. The indoor pool, indoor spa, steam room and sauna facilities will not be available during this time.
How To Get There:
From Brisbane Airport, follow Airport Drive and turn left onto the Gateway Motorway. Continue for approximately 25 kilometres and the highway will become the Pacific Highway. Follow signs to the Gold Coast and take the Southport/ Surfers Paradise exit. Follow signs to Broadbeach. Bel Air Resort is located on the left hand side, directly opposite Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.
From Coolangatta Airport - turn left onto the Gold Coast Highway and follow the signs to Broadbeach. The resort is located on the right hand side, directly opposite Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.
Tariff Information:
A two per cent surcharge will apply to all credit card and debit card transactions. A non-refundable deposit of AUD200.00 per room must be received immediately by credit card to confirm the booking. If your total reservation amount is less than AUD200.00, full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment will indicate acceptance of these booking conditions. Mantra Group bears no responsibility for monies paid via a travel agency until cleared funds are received in the trust account of Mantra Group.
