Landmark Resort is located directly opposite Mooloolaba's beautiful beachfront and is comprised of apartments and studios with hinterland, river or ocean views. All apartments and studios are self-contained, with most featuring a spa bath, air conditioning, cable television and modern fittings. Resort facilities include a fitness room, outdoor spa, sauna, games room, rooftop spa, barbecue entertaining area and secure car parking.

Mooloolaba's relaxed family atmosphere has long been a popular holiday destination for Queenslanders and it is now emerging as the 'must visit' destination for the rest of Australia.

Landmark Resort is situated on the beachfront amongst Mooloolaba's finest restaurants, cafes and exclusive boutiques. Step across the road to the magnificent year-round patrolled beach, around the corner is Underwater World, which provides a thrilling entree to the world below the sea. Adjoining Underwater world is The Wharf where you can enjoy restaurants, shopping and live entertainment. Mooloolaba is only a short drive to Steve Irwin's Australia Zoo and Sunshine Coast hinterland.

Landmark Resort is an hour's drive north of the Brisbane Airport, or a 20 minute drive from the Sunshine Coast Airport.

Cancellation Information:
Low Season: For bookings cancelled within 8 days of travel or no show, no refund will apply. Mid Season: For bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel or no show, no refund will apply. High Season: For bookings cancelled within 25 days of travel or no show, no refund will apply.

How To Get There:
Travel north from Brisbane on Bruce Highway. Take the Mooloolaba exit after passing the Ettamogah Pub Tourist Attraction. Follow signs to Mooloolaba/Underwater World along Sunshine Motorway. Drive directly to the end of Brisbane Road to beachfront, turn right at roundabout. You will then see the resort building and turn into porte cochere and carpark entrance.

Opening Hours:
Drive straight into the portico and park outside while you check in. After hours check ins will need to contact Management through the intercom at reception by dialing #9.

Studio Resort Suite

Studio Resort Suite offer one Queen size bed with bedroom separated by a sliding timber louver door. Studios feature a balcony, lounge, laundry facilities and a kitchenette with hot plates, microwave, bar fridge and toaster. Spa bath on request. Studio Resort Suites are situated on the Hinterland side of the

building and offer beautiful hinterland, Garden or Pool views only.

These apartments receive partial to moderate ocean views with a south easterly aspect looking out toward Point Cartwright. Third person can be accommodated on a rollaway bed at an additional charge.

Escape with friends or family to their two bedroom fully self contained apartments. The main bedroom offers one Queen size bed, whilst the second bedroom provides two single beds. Featuring a two way bathroom with spa bath, fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. These apartments receive limited to moderate ocean views with a south easterly aspect. Extra person can be accommodated on a rollaway bed at an additional charge.

All Two Bedroom Apartments provide laundry facilities including, a washing machine and dryer. A fully equipped kitchen including a large fridge, microwave, ceramic cook top, and oven.

Two Bedroom Executive Apartments are situated on the beachfront side of the building offering fantastic ocean views. Situated in a position that offers fantastic beachfront views with most featuring stunning 180 degree views over the ocean as far as Noosa. The main bedroom offers one Queen size bed with ensuite including a spa bath. The second bedroom provides two single beds with separate bathroom. All apartments have full kitchen and laundry facilities. Extra person can be accommodated on a rollaway bed at an additional charge.

Three Bedroom Apartments provide sleeping arrangements for six people. The main bedroom features one Queen size bed including an ensuite with spa bath, the second bedroom is equipped with one Queen size bed and the third bedroom two single beds, sharing a bathroom with the second bedroom. All

apartments are fully equipped with kitchen and laundry facilities and have limited or partial ocean views of a south easterly aspect looking out toward Point Cartwright. Due to limited availability views are on a request basis only and not guaranteed until the day of arrival. Extra person can be accommodated on a rollaway bed at an additional charge.

Beautifully appointed studio style apartment suitable for two people and great for couples. Offering one Queen size bed with the bedroom separated from the lounge area by a timber louvre door. Studio Beach suites provide a kitchenette with two hot plates, microwave, bar fridge and toaster. These rooms

have the same features as the Studio Resort Suites but feature partial ocean views. Studio Beach Suites are located on the Beach side of the Landmark Building however are not beach front.
