Cancellation Policy
Low Season: Cancellation outside of seven days prior to arrival, no cancellation fee. Cancellation three days or less prior to arrival, one night's cancellation fee per room booked applies if booked outside three days of arrival. No show fee: If cancelled on day of travel or no show, full cancellation fee per room booked applies.
Peak Season: Cancellation outside of 14 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fee. Cancellation seven days or less prior to arrival, a maximum of up to full cancellation fee applies per room booked outside seven days of arrival. No show fee: If cancelled on the day of travel or no show, full fee. If a booking is cancelled and can be fully resold then no cancellation or no show fee is applicable.
Short Stays: If after arrival clients check out for whatever reason, the amount to be refunded, if any, is at the discretion of the property management.

How To Get There
Road access to the property is via the Gold Coast Highway turning into Peninsular Drive (Formerly Whelan Street). Guests can also access flights into Brisbane or Coolangatta Airports, and rail or coach travel.
