They understand that kids have different needs to parents. Camp Hyatt is a fun-filled program of activities for kids aged four to 12 years. Their qualified staff provide the kids with fun, entertainment and education. Full and half day sessions, as well as evening sessions are available, subject to demand.

Disabled:
The property provides specially designated parking for the disabled, lifts, and wheelchair friendly facilities. The Marine Village has three ramps and disabled bathrooms.

Pets Allowed:
Yes. Seeing Eye Dogs only are allowed for the vision impaired.

Cancellation Information:
Any cancellations received within 24 hours of arrival date will incur a fee equal to the first nights accommodation rate.

How To Get There:
Airports: The resort is situated one hours' drive south from Brisbane International and Domestic Airports. Approximate flying time from Sydney is one hour and 20 minutes and Melbourne is approximately a two hour and 10 minute flight. Cairns International Airport is approximately three hours' flying time away. Coolangatta Airport, Australia's fifth busiest is approximately 45 minutes' drive north to the resort. (Drive times may vary during peak traffic periods).
Transfers: Limousines, hire cars, shuttle bus and taxis can be arranged. Coaches are recommended for larger groups.
Brisbane Airport to the Hotel: Turn left onto the Gateway Arterial Road and pass through the toll gate to the Gold Coast Follow the Pacific Highway for approximately 30 kilometres, then turn left at exit 57. Follow the signs to Sanctuary Cove, Coolangatta Airport to the Hotel, follow the Pacific Highway northbound, keep following the highway, then turn left at exit 57 and follow the signs to Sanctuary Cove.
