Children are welcome. There is a large pool ideal for children, babysitting services are available. They do expect the guests to respect the privacy and tranquility of the property as the Day Spa facility is the central focus of the property and is key to the relaxation of the guests.

Cancellation Policy

Any subsequent change(s) to name(s) on bookings already submitted are not acceptable and such change(s) will be considered as new booking(s). Hibiscus Gardens reserves the right to either accept or reject such change(s).

Bookings cancelled within seven days prior to arrival will be charged one night accommodation fee as penalty.

In the event bookings do not show, a minimum of two nights accommodation will be forfeited. In the event the room(s) cannot be resold, full payment may be charged.

Transfers can be arranged. Located one hour north of Cairns along the Captain Cook Highway.
