Description

The Reef View Hotel features extremely spacious, well appointed rooms which overlook either tropical gardens (Garden View rooms, floors one to four) or the breathtaking vista of the Coral Sea (Coral Sea View rooms, floors five to 18). The views of the Whitsunday Passage from the Hotel's Coral Sea View rooms are amongst the best in the world and have to be seen to be believed. Catseye Beach is just a short stroll away and the hotel has its own swimming pool, lounge, restaurant and business centre, with Reef View guests gaining complimentary access to the sports club.

The Reef View Hotel also offers a variety of well-appointed suites for the discerning guest. On the top floor you will find their Reef Suites and the spacious Two Bedroom Presidential Suites, complete with outdoor lap pool and barbecue area. One and Two Bedroom Terrace Suites are located on the 17th and 18th floors. The large terrace balcony allows for an outdoor spa and barbecue area.

Cancellation Information:
Festive Season Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all bookings incorporating any dates within the 25 December 2011 and 9 January 2012. A four night minimum stay applies to all bookings incorporating 31 December 2011.
Cancellations received up to and including 31 October 2011 will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20 per cent of the total booking value at the contracted rate. Cancellations received from 1 November 2011, no shows and/or early departures will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100 per cent of the total booking value at the contracted rate.

How To Get There:
Hamilton Island is easily accessible by direct flights from Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Cairns with daily connections from most major airports. Fantasea Cruises operate six services a day from Shute Harbour. Complimentary transfers are provided from the Marina or Airport to your accommodation on arrival and departure.

Notice of any cancellation, amendment or reduction in the daily number of reserved rooms, must be provided in writing to Hamilton Island Holidays.
Cancellations received outside of 14 days prior to arrival will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20 per cent of the total booking value at the contracted rate. Cancellations received within seven days of arrival, no shows and/or early departures will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100 per cent of the total booking value at the contracted rate. Penalty will equal the total booking value.
