Cancellation Policy

Peak Season - if bookings are cancelled 28 days or more prior to planned date of arrival, there will be a refund less an administration fee of AUD30.00. If bookings are cancelled less than 28 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking.

Shoulder Season - if bookings are cancelled 14 days or more prior to planned date of arrival, there will be a refund less an administration fee of AUD30.00. If bookings are cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking.

Entity Facilities

The spacious one, two and three bedroom, two bathroom, fully self-contained townhouses, feature upstairs sleeping arrangements and downstairs living and have direct, ground-floor access to the heated beach-entry pool, spa, sauna and barbecue areas.

How To Get There

Coco Bay Resort is located at the roundabout of Noosa Parade and Weyba Road. Take the Eumundi/Noosa exit off the Bruce Highway, follow into Gympie Terrace, Noosaville - head east, at the last roundabout turn right into Weyba Road, the Resort is just before the next roundabout on the right hand side.

Tariff Text

An administration fee of AUD30.00 will be deducted from the deposit before any refund is made. This fee covers the cost of processing bookings, receipting and banking money paid, cancelling bookings, drawing refund cheques, postage and stationery costs of refunds, bank charges.

Short Notice Bookings - where bookings are made less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking.

Cancellation During Stay - no refunds will be given if leaving before the booked check-out date. A refund will be given, less a 12 per cent administration fee of one week's rent, if the unit is rebooked for the remaining period of the stay.
