Cape Trib Beach House YHA is the only absolute beachfront accommodation available in Cape Tribulation, situated on seven acres of private beachfront rainforest, offering a wide range of accommodation from budget to deluxe.

They have a beachfront bar and bistro with a totally cool, chilled-out summer beach vibe. The bistro is famous in Cape Tribulation for it's affordable food and there is also a communal kitchen if you want to do it yourself! The rainforest pool is conveniently located right by the bar, only metres from the beach.

The accommodation is all air conditioned, clean and comfy, the staff are relaxed and helpful and there is a tour desk offering many exciting local tours. Enjoy a game of pool, surf the net in their internet cafe, or simply relax by our rainforest pool with a tropical cocktail.

Acres of grounds teeming with wildlife, and miles of private beach means you can do as much or as little as you like. Cape Tribulation is the only place in the world where two world heritage listed sites meet together separated only by a pristine sandy beach - the 110 million year old Daintree Rainforest and the Great Barrier Reef.

Cape Trib Beach House is located on seven acres of private beachfront rainforest. Their cabins are nestled among the world's oldest rainforest, offering a truly back-to-nature experience. There are six styles of accommodation, ranging from standard dormitories with share facilities to beachfront cabins with ensuites, air-conditioning and verandahs.
The property is fully accessible by wheelchair including access ramps to two Escape cabins, the bar, bistro and swimming pool. The disabled cabins have been fitted with railings throughout the bathroom, low level facilities, a bench seat in the shower as well as sliding doors to the bathroom.

How To Get There:
Cape Trib Beach House is located 140 kilometres north of Cairns and 79 kilometres north of Port Douglas. The journey takes approximately two and a half hours from Cairns and one and a half hours from Port Douglas, crossing the Daintree River by vehicular ferry. It is 38 kilometres north of the Daintree River ferry, and seven minutes drive north of PK's, situated on Cape Tribulation Beach. There is one kilometre of unsealed road just before Cape Trib Beach House. All Cairns Car Rentals allow their cars up to Cape Trib Beach House.

Endeavour Superior Dormitory

St Crispin's Cabin's are beachfront double rooms consisting of a kingsize bed with ensuite, air conditioning, fridge, phone and own private verandah. They are literally a couple of metres from the beach surrounded by beautiful rainforest. Suitable for couples only.
