Children are welcome and facilities for them include resort swimming pool, full size tennis court, fenced playground, table tennis, free video games, recreation room and basketball hoop. Children must be supervised at all times. Cots and high chairs are available free of charge. Some cabin layouts include double bunk beds, for safety they recommend that children under nine years not be allocated or permitted to use any upper bunks.

Disabled access is available however assistance may be required. Please discuss your requirements upon booking. Ask about their special needs designed holiday cabin.

Cancellation Information:
Cancellation of Bookings - Cabin Accommodation During Peak Season or Holiday Season, deposits will be refunded (less an AUD20.00 booking/cancellation fee) if you notify the operator of your cancellation at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival. If you provide less than 30 days notice of cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited.
During the Low Season, deposits will be refunded (less an AUD20.00 booking/cancellation fee) if you notify the operator of your cancellation before 9.00 a.m. on the day before your scheduled arrival. If notice of your cancellation is received after 9am on the day before your scheduled arrival you will forfeit the deposit.
Cancellation of Bookings - Caravan, Motorhome or Camping Sites If you fail to notify the operator of your cancellation prior to 9.00 a.m. the day before your scheduled arrival date, or if you do not arrive by 10.00 a.m. on the day after your scheduled arrival date, then your booking will be cancelled and you will be charged the first night's tariff.
Failure to Notify of Cancellation If you do not provide notice of your cancellation, or if you do not arrive by 10.00 a.m. on the day after your scheduled arrival date, then your booking will be cancelled without any refund to you.

How To Get There:
From the north (Brisbane Airport) - Exit the Gateway Motorway at the Miles Platting Road (Rochedale) exit and turn left at the traffic lights into Miles Platting Road. Head east along Miles Platting Road and then turn right into School Road. Brisbane Gateway Resort is located 700 metres south along School Road on the eastern side.
From the south (Gold Coast) - Heading north on the Pacific Motorway take the Gateway Motorway exit (Route 1) as if travelling to the Brisbane Airport or the Sunshine Coast. Take the Miles Platting Road (Rochedale exit). Head east along Miles Platting Road and then turn right into School Road. Brisbane Gateway Resort is located 700 metres south along School Road on the eastern side.

Tariff Information:
Please call the reservations staff on 1800 442 444 (Free call from within Australia) between 8.00 a.m. and 7.00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. If you phone outside these times an operator will ask for your contact details and one of the reservation staff members will call you back as soon as possible during the above hours.
All cabins have a minimum stay of two nights during Low Season and a minimum stay of four nights during Peak Season or Holiday Season.
Deposits When you make a reservation with them you will be required to pay a deposit to secure your reservation, this is usually equivalent to the first two nights tariff. Deposits are subject to the Cancellation Policy.
Group Bookings Bookings of three or more cabins may be subject to group booking conditions including group cancellation policy. Please see operator's website for more details on group bookings.
