These large apartments have been designed for luxury living, which is why half of this complex is home to full time residents. Cancellation Information:
Bookings cancelled 14 days (28 days in Christmas Peak Season) or more before scheduled arrival will attract a cancellation fee of AUD50.00. If booking is cancelled within 14 days (28 days in Christmas Peak Season) of scheduled arrival and the apartment cannot be re-let for the same period of time then there will be no refund. If the apartment is re-let for the same period of time then a cancellation fee of AUD50.00 will apply.

How To Get There:
Travelling north or south along the Bruce Highway, follow the signs to the Sunshine Coast. Take the Caloundra turn-off and follow this road for approximately 10 kilometres. Continue through the town centre (Bulcock Street) and turn right into Knox Avenue. Aspect Caloundra is on your left. Take the first left into Lower Gay Terrace which is where you will find Reception.

One Bedroom Resort

Luxury Air Conditioned Apartment, spacious, well appointed, ideal Executives Apartment. One Bedroom Resort Apartments are located on levels one to four. These apartments are great for those that wish to save a few dollars while enjoying the excellent facilities of Aspect Caloundra, heated pools, spa,

Very large balconies are a feature of these apartments. Spa baths are located in the ensuite and living areas are what you would expect to find in a large two or three bedroom apartment.
