Rainforest Ranch has six luxury self contained cottages, nestled in beautiful rainforest filled with the spectacular Byfield Fern which is unique to the region. Rainforest Ranch provides a tranquil base to explore the greater Byfield area and National Park. Designed for couples, the cottages are perfect for a romantic getaway or retreat. Explore the rainforest creek that meanders through the rainforest or simply relax and enjoy the natural surrounds. A hot spa is always popular and massages can be arranged.

All six private cottages feature beautifully presented interiors including handmade bathroom basins from a nearby Pottery, king size bed, log fire, reverse cycle air-conditioning, gas cook top, barbecue and a claw foot bath offering magnificent rainforest views.

Bring your own food and dine in or dine out at nearby restaurant or nearby cafe. Food baskets are also available.

Rainforest Ranch is also available for small group functions. The landscaped ""Gully Garden"" and the ""Rock Pool"" are the perfect spot for a garden wedding or any celebration. Their function area and licenced bar provides the perfect place for a reception, party or meeting. Catering can be arranged.

How To Get There:
From Rockhampton drive along the Rockhampton to Yeppoon Road. Turn right at Neils Road approximately 10 kilometres before Yeppoon (just after the golf driving range) and follow the signs to Byfield. Alternatively from Yeppoon drive north along the beachfront and follow Farnborough Road to Byfield Road and onto Byfield. Once you reach Byfield Travel two kilometres past the general store and turn right into Yaxleys Road. Rainforest Ranch is 760 metres down Yaxleys Road on the right. Bitumen road all the way.

Cottage

Beautifully designed open plan with screened verandah. All have king size beds and are fully self contained with claw foot bath opening onto rainforest. Air conditioned for summer and wood fire for winter. All are set well apart from each other to maximise privacy. Each cottage has its own adjacent parking and all are fully screened.
