A home away from home that consists of a Grand Federation building and two self contained cottages (Settlers/Treehouse), with spectacular views over the beautiful Swanfels Valley. Location is only 15 minutes from Warwick or approximately two hours from Brisbane.

Spacious, themed, ensuited rooms (Egyptian, Barn, Serenity, Sunset) include the option of luxurious private double spas. Guests can enjoy the fireplace, scrumptious breakfast, wide verandahs, refresh with complimentary tea and coffee, enjoy an evening meal (prior arrangement), relax in the library or stroll in the Courtyard or the Rendezvous gardens. Bird life, fauna and flora abound on this 40 acre property.

The two wheelchair friendly, spacious self-contained Luxury Cottages have stunning views, rustic log fires, air-conditioning, double spas, dual showers, and barbecue on your verandah.

How To Get There:
From Brisbane or Toowoomba turn left into Yangan Road before crossing the Condamine River at Warwick. From Warwick travel across Condamine River and turn right into Yangan Road. Continue on this road to Yangan Village. At the end of Yangan Village veer left into Swanfels Road. R on the Downs is located 2.5 kilometres from intersection.
