Low and Mid Season Cancellation Policy : Cancellation 14 days or more prior to travel - AUD50.00 cancellation fee applies. Cancellation three to seven days prior to travel - three nights cancellation fee per room booked. Cancellation three days or less prior to travel or no show - no refund.
High and SuperGP Season Cancellation Policy: Cancellation 28 days or more prior to travel - AUD50.00 cancellation fee applies. Cancellation eight to 14 days prior to travel - five night cancellation fee per room booked. Cancellation seven days or less prior to travel or no show - no refund.

How To Get There:
Promenade Apartments are located at 18 - 20 Orchid Avenue, Surfers Paradise, located off the beach end of Cavill Avenue.
If coming by train from Brisbane, take train to Nerang Station, and connect with bus route 745 to Surfers Paradise. Surfers Paradise Bus Stop Number 14 is located at Dolphin Arcade Surfers Paradise, 100 metres from Promenade Apartments.
Airport shuttle buses stop in Orchid Avenue approximately 30 metres from Promenade Apartments.

Tariff Information:
Air conditioning is charged at AUD10.00 per night and is subject to availability. DVD and compact disc players, cot, high chair and pram hire are available.
Children from zero to two years of age stay at no charge. Children aged three to 14 inclusive adult rates.
Additional persons are charged at AUD30.00 per person per night, including extra linen.
SuperGP and Schoolies rates available on request.
