Cancellation Information:
Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to the arrival date - the deposit will be refunded in full less a AUD55.00 administration fee. The administration fee covers the cost of processing the booking, receipting the booking and banking the money, cancelling the booking from the system, processing refund via electronic medium and meeting bank charges. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the full deposit paid. Cancellations received seven days or less to the arrival date, or amendments to the booking or failure to arrive at the hotel, a cancellation fee of the full amount of the booking will be charged.

How To Get There:
Turn into Port Douglas Road, after passing the roundabout with the Sheraton Mirage Country Club on the left hand side, the resort is situated on the next corner of Mahogany Street and Port Douglas Road. Reception is in Port Douglas Road just up from Mahogany Street.
