Pinnacles is located 20 minutes from the Whitsunday turn off on the Bruce Highway.
Cancellation Policy
Low Season - In the event of cancellation, the deposit is refunded less a AUD50.00 administration fee. Within seven days of arrival the deposit is forfeited.
Easter Cancellation Policy - In the event of cancellation, the deposit is refunded less a AUD50.00 administration fee (within 14 days of arrival the deposit is forfeited).
Christmas Cancellation Policy: (bookings between 20 December and 15 January) In the event of cancellation a AUD100 re-letting/administration fee will be charged. If cancellation is not advised by the 1 December, or in the case of a no-show, your full payment is forfeited unless and until the apartment is re-let for the total period of the original booking.
They strongly recommend travel insurance.
In the event of a no show a full deposit is forfeited.
Shortened Stay - Guests who reduce length of stay once in house will not receive a refund on nights booked and paid rates remain the same for peak periods but a minimum stay may apply.

General Comments
In consideration of other guests they ask that noise be kept to a minimum with no parties allowed in the units. A No Noise/Party Policy is in place.
How To Get There
Self Drive - 20 minutes from Bruce Highway turnoff to Whitsundays. Drive through Airlie Beach; turn right onto Waterson Way at, after 50 metres left onto Golden Orchid Drive and continue to the top of the hill. Pinnacles Resort is situated on the left hand side of the road at the top.
To/From Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport - 35 minutes - Limousine transfer recommended, coach transfer with Whitsunday Transit or Whitsunday Taxis.
To/From Hamilton Island Airport - 40 minute ferry transfer with Fantasea cruises or Cruise Whitsundays plus 15 minute taxi, bus or limousine transfer from Shute Harbour.
