Children in existing bedding up to 12 years are free of charge. Rollaway bed may be added to a Resort Room (charges apply).

Disabled:
Paradise Resort has one room for guests with a disability, and also has lift and stair access to all floors. Disabled ramps are also located in each wing so that guests can access pool areas.

Cancellation Information:
Cancellations will be charged at the equivalent of the first nights' accommodation. Amendments to bookings will attract a $25 fee and will be accepted subject to room availability, rate availability and the terms and conditions of sale that were applicable at the time of the original booking. Amendments may only be made prior to the arrival date. Any cancellations (including reducing the number of nights originally booked) made on or after the arrival date will incur a one night fee (in addition to any nights already used).

The Resort Entertainment Crew (REC) are here to ensure your holiday is a fun and memorable experience. Each day offers a changing array of free activities and entertainment for you to choose from including pool activities, trivia competitions, arts and craft, live poolside music, sports nights, casino nights and if that's not enough why not try the eight metre climbing wall.

How To Get There:
Getting to the resort by car, if traveling south bound on the Pacific Highway take Smith Street Exit 66 and follow through approximately eight kilometres to the Broadwater. At the 'T' intersection with traffic lights turn right into Marine Parade. Travel south, past Australia Fair at Southport, across the Sundale Bridge heading towards Surfers Paradise. Stay in the left hand lane. After the bridge, turn left at the third set of traffic lights. Continue along Gold Coast Highway south bound staying in the right hand lane. Turn right at the traffic lights into Cypress Avenue, continue along until next set of traffic lights. Turn right again onto Gold Coast Highway north bound, continue along the Highway for 600 metres and Paradise Resort Gold Coast is located on the left hand side.
If travelling north bound on the Gold Coast Highway, as you approach Surfers Paradise the Gold Coast Highway it changes name to Ferny Avenue. Continue north (suggest left lane) following Ferny Avenue through Surfers Paradise. You will pass the Mobil service station on the left hand side and two blocks further north you will see Paradise Resort Gold Coast located on the left hand side immediately after Norfolk Avenue.

From the airport, transfer options from either Gold Coast Airport (Coolangatta) or Brisbane Airports include taxis and coaches. Drive time by car from Gold Coast Airport (Coolangatta) is 40 to 50 minutes, and from Brisbane is 70 to 90 minutes, however coach transfer times vary depending on the number of passenger drop offs.

Tariff Information:
Packages include one fully supervised session daily in the 'Zone 4 Kids Club' for every child nought to 12 years (valued at AUD40 per child per session) plus unlimited entry to the 'Zone 4 Kids Waterpark'.

The Resort Rooms are hotel style and located in various wings and floors around the resort. Each room has one queen bed and one king single bed with room for a rollaway bed or cot to be added. Maximum of two adults and two children or three adults (not exceeding three adults or four guests in total).

Facilities include: balcony, air conditioner, hairdryer, bath and shower, direct dial telephone, small refrigerator, iron and board, tea and coffee making facilities, remote control television with limited free to view Foxtel channels and electronic key card access.

The Resort Interconnecting Rooms consist of two Resort Rooms with an interconnecting door. Like the Resort Rooms, they are located in various wings and floors around the resort. They are two adjoining hotel style rooms with each room containing one queen bed, one king single bed with room for up to one rollaway bed or one baby cot in each room. Maximum two adults and six children or four adults and four children in total (not exceeding six adults or eight guests in total).

An upgrade to a pool view room is available. Resort Interconnecting Room is available for bona fide families only.
