Description

Framed by giant Melaleuca trees Paradise on the Beach is Palm Coves hidden secret. Located just 15 metres from a picture perfect tropical beach edged by palm trees and a sparkling seascape of offshore islands. Recently refurbished with couples in mind, with a modern decor of quiet elegance and euro styled fittings, including microwave, DTV and DVD player.

The rooms are suited to couples and singles of all ages. Some units cater for small families with a sofa bed available for extra persons. All rooms have a microwave and refrigerator; some suites have a cook top and sink. All rooms have a choice of king or twin single beds.

A small number of units are inter-connecting (pool view) and will cater for small families with the use of a sofa bed. Honeymooners are welcomed with a bottle of Australian Sparkling Wine.

Sited in the heart of the village and surrounded by shops and restaurants with a wide choice of culinary delights; a bus stop at the door for visits to nearby centres or Cairns. Paradise on the Beach and the leisurely village atmosphere all combine to make the ultimate holiday destination, with a wide choice of culinary delights.

How To Get There:
Located 20 minutes north of Cairns Airport, following the Cook Highway. If self driving, approximately half a kilometre past the traffic lights (they are the only ones on the highway) at Clifton Village is the Cairns Tropical Zoo - at the northern end of this turn right and follow the road down to the beach - straight through first roundabout, turn left at the second, and right at the end of that street and you're on Williams Esplanade driving north along the beach. About half a kilometre along and obvious landmarks are the Children's Beachside Playpark on the right and Apres Bar and Grill sticking out onto the street.
Transfers can be arranged at a cost to the traveller - about AUD20.00 to AUD22.00 per traveller. Taxi from the airport costs about AUD60.00 - so for four persons that is an economic option.

Tariff Information:
Extra person AUD25.00 per night. No charge for infants less than three years of age using existing bedding. Cots available at AUD5.00 per night.
