There is also a private jetty and pontoon-tie up your tinnie at your doorstep, lifts to all levels for easy access and friendly on-site managers to ensure your stay is enjoyable.

There is the opportunity to catch a fish or even a mudcrab from the pontoon. The kids will love the chance to explore the wonders of the beautiful Maroochy River or play in nearby parks.
How To Get There
Travel north on the Sunshine Motorway, exit on Maroochydore Road, turn left at Baden Powell Street and then left into Duporth Avenue. Look for "On The River" sign, the third building on your right.
Cancellation Policy
If a booking is cancelled, no refund of the deposit shall be made unless the unit is re-let for the total period of the proposed occupancy. A cancellation will attract an AUD50.00 administration fee.

Extra persons are charged at AUD30.00 per night or AUD100.00 per week which includes mattress and linen.
