Cancellation Information:
Low Season: No cancellation fee if booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival. Two night cancellation fee if booking is cancelled 14 to seven days prior to arrival. No refund if cancelled six days or less prior to arrival or in the event of a no show.
Shoulder/Peak Season: No cancellation fee if booking is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival. Two night cancellation fee if booking is cancelled 29 to 14 days prior to arrival. No refund if cancelled 13 days or less prior to arrival or in the event of a no show.

How To Get There:
From the Gold Coast Airport, turn left leaving the Gold Coast Airport onto the Gold Coast Highway, keep heading north until you come into Broadbeach. Pacific Fair Shopping Centre will appear on your left, turn right at the lights and right and the roundabout, Ocean Pacific is on your left.
From Brisbane, follow signs to the Gold Coast, exit the Highway at Exit 77, Gooding Drive keep heading straight, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre will appear on your right, when you meet the Gold Coast Highway turn left, Jupiters Casino will appear on your left. Go straight through the lights, turn right at the roundabout, Ocean Pacific is on your left.
