Nestled in the rugged mountains of the Scenic Rim, on Queensland-New South Wales border and beside world-heritage Lamington National Park, the camp feels enticingly remote.

The tumbling clear waters of Christmas Creek are integral to a Nightfall Wilderness Camp experience, as are the hundreds of acres of surrounding forests, including some typical Queensland rainforest and neighbouring Lamington National Park.

Swimming, bushwalking and relaxing are favoured past times, when guests are not indulging in Nightfall Camp's inspired and often fire-cooked organic meals.

For Weddings, special occasions, micro-conferencing and board meetings, Nightfall Camp can accommodate a group of 12 adults (six in permanent tents, six in temporary luxury tents with shared bathroom facilities). Additional function guests are also able to stay at nearby cottages and cabin accommodation.

Nightfall camp's tent platforms sit delicately nestled into their own private forest clearing with views of the cliffs opposite. Adjusting the tent's canvas walls allows guests to choose their level of connection with the world outside. Those who like nothing between them and the millions of stars overhead can choose a traditional 'Aussie swag' experience.

Nightfall's stylish and spacious luxury tents all feature generous king-size beds with high-quality organic linen and romantic net canopies. Bathing is lavish, toiletries are high-quality and natural and furnishings bespoke, carefully chosen for a relaxed feel. The indulgent romantic getaway is made complete with a designer French Invicta wood-fire place and a character micro-kitchen loaded with freshly-ground organic coffee, tea, gourmet treats, select wines and beverages.
