Low Season: No cancellation fee will apply if the booking is cancelled seven days or more prior to guest arrival. One night's cancellation fee shall apply if the booking is cancelled six days or less prior to guest arrival, or in the case of a no-show.
Peak Season: No cancellation fee will apply if the booking is cancelled seven days or more prior to guest arrival. No refund will be issued if a booking is cancelled six days or less prior to guest arrival, or in the case of a no-show.
Short notice bookings: For bookings made less than 10 days prior to guest arrival, the client is allowed 48 hours to make full payment. Should the full payment not be received within 48 hours, the booking is cancelled. In these circumstances, a cancellation fee will not be applied.

How To Get There:
By Car: Follow the main road into Port Douglas. At the end turn left onto Macrossan Street and follow it until just before the T-intersection with Wharf Street. Mantra on the Inlet is on your left at the corner of Macrossan and Wharf Streets.
By Shuttle: Regular shuttle bus services operate from Cairns International Airport (one hour) and are AUD30.00 per person each way (price subject to change without notice). Please contact the resort if you require transfers. Shuttle services are also available from other locations.
By Private Transfer: They can also arrange private car, limousine and even helicopter transfers!
Tariff Information:
Room rates do not include GST. All additional items are subject to 10 per cent GST.
Extra Person: AUD40.00. Cot hire AUD15.00 per night and high chair hire is AUD5.00 per night.
Porterage costs AUD2.20 per person each way.
Reservations are subject to availability and actual pricing at the time of booking. Verbal quotes are valid for 24 hours only. Any verbal quote given is an estimate only of price, which will be subject to a written advice on confirmation of the reservation.
A two per cent surcharge will apply to all credit card and debit card transactions. A non-refundable deposit of AUD200.00 per room must be received immediately by credit card to confirm the booking. If your total reservation amount is less than AUD200.00, full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment will indicate acceptance of these booking conditions.
