Cancellation terms and charges - Peak Seasons Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival, loss of AUD200.00 deposit paid per room, or the total booking value if that is less than AUD200.00. Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival are subject to a 100 per cent cancellation fee. All amendments made within 30 days, will be treated as a cancellation incurring a 100 per cent cancellation fee.

How To Get There:
The hotel is located on the south bound lane of Surfers Paradise Boulevard three streets south of Cavill Mall. Turn left into Laycock Street for the main entrance and under cover car park entrance of the hotel.

Tariff Information:
A two per cent surcharge will apply to all credit card and debit card transactions. A non-refundable deposit of AUD200.00 per room must be received immediately by credit card to confirm the booking. If your total reservation amount is less than AUD200.00, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Extra persons are charged at AUD40.00 per night. Cot hire AUD10.00 per night and highchair hire AUD5.00 per day. Parking available AUD20.00 per day.

The Spa Suite is Mantra Legends most exclusive room type and is located on the top two floors of the hotel offering breathtaking ocean or hinterland views.

The bathroom offers a luxurious two person spa bath, a kitchenette including convection microwave, two cooker stovetop, dishwasher and fridge.
