Circle on Cavill has many onsite facilities including two lagoon style pools, fully equipped gym, sauna and spa, as well as a children's playground and games room. Relax in the Zen garden terraces overlooking the extra large LCD television located between the two towers or head down stairs to the Circle on Cavill open air Piazza where you'll find many dining options such as authentic Japanese at Kamikaze Teppanyaki and many more quality restaurants.

Cancellation Information:

Peak Seasons: Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival, loss of AUD200.00 deposit paid per room, or the total booking value if that is less than AUD200.00. Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival are subject to a 100 per cent cancellation fee. All amendments made within 30 days, will be treated as a cancellation incurring a 100 per cent cancellation fee.
Refund Policy No shows and cancellations after check in - will be subject to a 100 per cent cancellation fee. If after arrival clients are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation and decide to terminate their stay, the amount to be refunded, if any is at the discretion of the property management.
For all properties, once full payment has been made, there will be no refund. Any residual balance paid (after the applicable fees are deducted) may be held in credit towards future bookings with Mantra Group. This credit can only be held for a maximum period of twelve months from the day the booking is cancelled.

Circle on Cavill has a strict 'no party policy'. Documentation is to be signed on arrival.

The apartments receive a daily refresh. This includes making of the beds, replacement of towels, and replenishment of toilet paper and kitchen supplies (coffee, tea, sugar and milk) only. For guests staying longer than seven nights, a bed linen change will occur half way through your stay.

How To Get There:
Circle on Cavill is located in Surfers Paradise. Gold Coast Airport is located approximately 30 kilometres (40 minutes) south and Brisbane International Airport is located 90 kilometres (80 minutes) north of the property. Taxis, limousines or airport shuttle bus transfers can be organised by contacting the resort prior to arrival and booking these services with the reception team.

Tariff Information:
A two per cent surcharge will apply to all credit card and debit card transactions. A non-refundable deposit of AUD200.00 per room must be received immediately by credit card to confirm the booking. If your total reservation amount is less than AUD200.00, full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment will indicate acceptance of these booking conditions. Circle on Cavill bears no responsibility for monies paid via a travel agency until cleared funds are received in the trust account of Circle on Cavill.
