Mango Tree Motel is situated next to Agnes Water Beach Park and a short walk (200 metres) to shops. It is very close to conveniences and only five kilometres to the Marina for cruises to Great Barrier Reef - Lady Musgrave Island.

Accommodation consists of single, double and family rooms - all with kitchenettes (cooking facilities), air conditioning, large screen televisions, DVD player, Austar and outdoor patio setting for each room.

Barbecue, Internet and laundry facilities are also available for guests.

Bustard's Licensed Restaurant (on site) is open seven days from 7am till late.

By car - when arriving in Agnes Water, turn left into Agnes Street off Round Hill Road (past Caltex Petrol Station). The Motel is situated at the end of Agnes Street on the left before entering beach park. By Bus - Greyhound stops at Caltex - 400 metres from Motel.
